Why is self-esteem important for adolescent girls? It impacts their motivation, decision-making abilities, and relationships. Led by a licensed therapist, this weekly workshop provides participants an atmosphere of trust and respect, that allows free expression and positive reinforcement in a group setting.

Fee: $40.00 per participant
