North Highlands Recreation & Park District has secured funding through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) to build a new playground at Planehaven Park! Help us plan the new vision of the park by participating in our digital survey below.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, North Highlands Recreation and Park District
